This is an exciting role to work for a professional blue chip organisation as a Helpdesk*1st Line support Analyst. To qualify for this role you must have at least 1 years previous Helpdesk support experience with a good understanding of Microsoft technologies, (and preferably some Unix). You must have previously dealt with users both over the phone and face to face. You will be responsible for supporting clients Content Management System (CMS) and updating the reporting tool. HND or BTEC GNVQ Level 3 or 4 or equivalent would be preferable.MSB Technology (a division of MSB International PLC) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
